Pricing is not a perfect science.  For instance, a ten foot western red cedar that was grown in a row may be very thin and weigh under 50 pounds.  Another ten footer may be almost as wide and weigh almost 150 pounds.  The difference is the first may sell for 50 dollars and the latter specimen for 200 dollars.

We have over 100,000 and plants on our 20 acres and they grow.  Therefore, we rely on price lists of our competitors to give us guidance and then we discount from there.  No one can touch us on the price for large stock.

We guarantee what we sell and if it does not survive, we will replace it.  There are some exceptions to this where the material has been neglected (dropped of at a site for a week during the summer and similar abuses).  We encourage our customers to plant from October to March so that the plants can establish robust root systems before the warm weather sets in.

If you are planting late in the season, we recommend a drip line particularly if you plan on being away or taking vacations.  A few hot days can be very detrimental to plant material that has not had the time to create root systems and become established.
